We've been partnering with First Advantage for about thirteen years now, but I would say in the last three years our relationship changed significantly when we, started building a custom integration. For us at Aya, we put a huge premium on our candidate experience. That's the of the utmost importance to us. And what First Advantage was able to do was build out a custom integration that really met every need and expectation that we were looking for that we would normally be able to provide to our candidates. They were able to automate a lot of that, and with the custom reporting, able to help us deliver even a better experience to our candidates. So really felt like no matter what we were coming to First Advantage with, they were able to meet us in the middle and always find a solution to help us grow, and it never seemed to be an issue where they didn't have the resources, they didn't have the time, they were always able to provide really whatever we were looking for. If someone was considering First Advantage, I would say go for it, and that the experience that they'll have will be different probably from any other vendor that they've worked with in this space. And I think the big reason for that is the people at First Advantage and how much they care, how much passion they have about doing what it is that they do. And really just being a reliable partner that you don't feel like you have to poke and prod to get answers, that you don't have to follow-up a bunch of times to get what you need. They're there every step of the way and just really provide a partnership that feels genuine.
