CUSTOMER STORY: SUPREME STAFFING

# How Supreme Staffing Streamlines Hiring With First Advantage

In this customer story, Supreme Staffing COO Marnie Byford discusses her company's successful partnership with First Advantage, from collaborative weekly meetings with our team to the transparency that results.

Our company is growing and so we are looking at newer customers with different demands. And so the catering to them is very important to me. So I have to hear what they want and then I just immediately bring it back to our team at First Advantage. And then they just say, Marni, we're going make it work. I said, please, because, you know, they're important to us and it happens. We meet weekly, we discuss, you know, what are issues we have at the moment. If I say I need more support, I need more help, I need faster answers, they just listen and they find a solution. There's no questions, there's no pushback, it's just, hey, how do we help you? Having that allows me to be transparent and educate our customers to what's going on. We cater to investing in people, and that transparency and trust takes us to a different level.
