Welcome to the qualification management system or QMS. QMS is a standalone platform designed to replace driver qualification within Enterprise Advantage, providing a modern self-service experience for managing qualification information and driver records. Dashboard overview. When you first log in to QMS, you'll land on the dashboard. The dashboard provides immediate visibility into important qualification information through a series of default tiles, including ineligible to non compliant, expired, and records expiring within the next thirty days. By selecting any tile, you can quickly view the people associated with that category. You can also personalize your experience by adding your own widgets and visualizations, including charts, tables, and additional tiles, allowing you to surface the information that's most important to you. Saved searches and reports. Saved searches allow you to keep frequently used search criteria and access them whenever needed. From a saved search, you can open the results, add the search to your dashboard, share it with other users, or delete it when it's no longer needed. You can also configure reports based on your saved searches. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically on a weekly, or monthly basis, making it easy to receive information on a recurring schedule. If you need information immediately, you can also generate a report on demand and download it directly from the platform. Within the results table, you can customize visible columns and export all records or only selected records, giving you flexibility in how you view and manage your data. Person record page. Selecting an individual record opens the person record page. Here, you'll find detailed information for specific driver or employee in a single location. Displayed fields are configurable, allowing organizations to determine what information appears on the record. Users with the appropriate permissions can also unmask protected information when necessary. Certain details, such as phone numbers or driver allocations, can be edited directly within the record, allowing you to keep information current without leaving the page. Send an ad hoc message. QMS also includes built in communication through send message. Users can send either email or text messages directly from the platform. Messages can be created from scratch or generated using saved templates. You also have the option to notify additional recipients, request documents, and include dynamic variables such as a driver's first name to personalize communications automatically. When requesting documents, recipients receive a secure link that allows them to upload information directly through the process. This functionality makes it easy to communicate and collect information without leaving QMS.
