With over 10 years of experience in auditing, process development, and compliance, Lyia brings deep expertise across both financial services and healthcare. After beginning her career in quality assurance within the mortgage industry, she joined CHOP’s HR Compliance team in 2019, where she now serves as a Senior HR Compliance Specialist. Her work focuses on building efficient, compliant processes, overseeing key programs such as new-hire auditing, licenses and certifications, and CPSL clearances, and preparing teams for regulatory reviews. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rowan University and a master’s in administrative science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
With more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations, Jacquie brings deep expertise in building efficient, scalable hiring practices across large healthcare organizations. She joined Sutter Health in 2011 and has progressed through roles including Recruitment Logistics Supervisor and Recruitment Manager before becoming Talent Acquisition Director. Throughout her tenure, she has led high-volume hiring strategies, strengthened recruitment workflows, and supported organizational growth through strong operational leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from California State University, Sacramento.
Ryan serves in compliance and legal roles, primarily supporting Compliance in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. Reporting to the Chief Global Compliance Officer, Ryan’s scope of responsibilities includes providing compliance, data privacy, and audit support to First Advantage product lines, including Background Screening, Drug Testing, and Fingerprinting. Ryan also speaks on state law and cannabis matters, specializing in legal trends.
With expertise in corporate ethics and compliance, Angela has experience building compliance frameworks for companies, including establishing policies and procedures, codes of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, sanctions controls, best-practice guidance, risk assessments, whistleblower hotline policies, training programs, and a culture of compliance. She has represented companies in civil and regulatory investigations and litigation. Her areas of expertise include compliance and ethics, privacy, ABAC, Sanctions, AML, FCPA, EEO law, FCRA, and consumer protection. Throughout her career, she has been active in government affairs and policy initiatives. She is a frequent speaker and educator on complex regulatory and compliance issues affecting businesses.
