How it Works

Step 1: Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Collect candidate data within the ATS software.

Step 2: Candidate Portal

Candidate completes the background check process, including drug testing, DOT application, and WOTC if applicable. Data goes to First Advantage.

Step 3: Driver Roster

Customer submits their updated driver roster to First Advantage.

Step 4: DQ and Monitoring

First Advantage populates all the candidate data into the customer's DQ and driver monitoring platform.
