Bill is the author of nearly 500 articles and has made more than 1,000 webinar and in-person presentations on state drug testing laws, federal regulations, what employers can do to address marijuana legalization, and how companies can improve their return on investment from drug testing. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) where he serves as chair of the Membership Committee and as a member of the Bylaws Committee.
Ryan serves in compliance and legal roles at First Advantage, primarily supporting Compliance in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. Reporting to the Chief Global Compliance Officer, Ryan’s scope of responsibilities include providing compliance, data privacy, and audit support to First Advantage product lines, including Background Screening, Drug Testing, and Fingerprinting. Ryan also speaks on state law and cannabis matters, specializing in legal trends.
Heather has nearly 30 years of experience managing drug, occupational health, alcohol screening programs, and DQ file programs for customers of all sizes. She is an active member of the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA), National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) and the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) where she previously chaired the subcommittee on Best Practices for Drug and Alcohol testing.
