Once accepted as a furnisher, log in and upload your data. Regular data updates can be provided according to the furnisher template via an integration for more streamlined reporting.

Step 3: Redirect verification requests

With the data in place, First Advantage provides the consumer report on your behalf - no more faxing! Prospective employers can  submit requests to First Advantage.

You can get started with Transportation Verifications by visiting our platform here.

You can choose to upload the last three years of your driver history data via your Transportation Verification account using a downloaded template, or through an API or SFTP integration.

Once the information is initially uploaded, you can use the same template and simply record changes for ongoing data uploads.

Updates must be supplied regularly and frequently whenever you have changes to your employment data. Up-to-date data is essential so that First Advantage can respond quickly and effectively to requests for Transportation Verifications.

Ideally, data updates are provided daily. Minimally, data updates are provided once every month.
