What are the dates of Collaborate 2026?

Is there an opportunity to earn continuing education credits?
Yes! Many of the sessions will be approved for HRCI and SHRM continuing education credits. We are in the process of session approvals and will post on the session page which ones are approved as they become available.
What is the ROI for me to take time away and attend?

What is the conference attire?
The conference attire is business casual. The ballrooms tend to be a little chilly so please plan accordingly.

What is the weather like in Hollywood, Florida in April?
The average daily temperature in Hollywood, Florida during the month of April ranges from 70° to 80°F.
What is the cost of a full conference pass?
Early-bird pricing of $250 applies until January 31, 2026. On February 1, 2026, conference registration increases to $519
What does the full conference pass include?
The Collaborate 2026 conference package includes all general and breakout sessions, access to all exhibitors, an evening of off-site entertainment, as well as all food and beverage-related expenses.
The conference pass does not include airfare, hotel, or ground transportation. That will be the responsibility of each individual.
Can I bring a spouse or significant other and what does that include?
Yes. A guest conference pass may be purchased for $250 and includes the general sessions, evening events, and one of the four optional activities held on Tuesday, April 15.
What methods of payments are accepted?
American Express, Visa, and MasterCard are all accepted. We cannot accept checks for this year’s event.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the registration process and once payment is accepted.
Can I make changes to my registration after I submit?
Yes. You will receive a link in your confirmation email that will allow you to view or modify your registration. You will need your confirmation number to log back into your registration.
What is the substitution policy?
You may substitute your conference registration for a colleague at any point until two weeks before the conference (April 14, 2026). Please email any event attendance changes to employment.solutions@fadv.com.
Can I register on-site?
No, you will not be able to register for Collaborate 2026 on-site. All registrations must happen through the website and prior to the event.
Can I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your conference registration without penalty by March 15, 2026. After March 15, 2026, you will receive a partial refund of 50%.
How do I book my hotel?
First Advantage has a negotiated $369 daily room rate with a $30 daily resort fee at The Diplomat for Collaborate 2026.

How can I make, change, or cancel my hotel reservation?
All room reservations should be made, modified, or canceled through our dedicated online reservation method available by clicking here. You can also make changes by calling The Diplomat directly at(954) 602-6000. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room.
To receive the event rate, all reservations and any changes must be made before 5:00 PM PST on March 24, 2026. Reservation requests received after that date will be accepted on a space available basis and could possibly be at a higher rate than the negotiated discounted rate.
Hotel reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a complete refund.
Can I extend my stay at The Diplomat?
Yes, the negotiated room rate applies to the event dates, as well as three days before and after, if secured through our “passkey” site here. For any additional nights beyond that, you will pay public market rates.
Do I pay a resort fee?
Yes. There is a $30 daily resort fee, which includes:
- Guestroom Wi-Fi access for up to 5 devices
- Meeting Room Wi-Fi access for Meeting/Conference Attendees, within the attendee network, in all Meeting Rooms.
- One fitness class per day in The Diplomat’s Core Fitness Training Facility
- One beach lounger daily per registered guest
- 10% off cabana rentals
- 1-hour non-motorized water sports
- 1-hour bicycle rental
What airport should I fly into for the conference?
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is about a 20-minute drive to the Diplomat and the Miami International Airport (MIA) is about a 30-minute drive.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Taxi, Lyft, or Uber. The Diplomat does not offer a hotel shuttle.
Is there parking available at The Diplomat?
Yes, parking is available. If you drive and park, please alert the event staff to get you validated parking.
What meals are provided by the conference?
