He brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise software product management and sales, with a strong track record of building and scaling regulated, compliance-driven solutions. Since joining First Advantage in 2017, Nathan has led multiple product organizations across workforce monitoring, financial services, and healthcare before assuming leadership of DOHS. Previously, he was a Senior Product Manager at Bloomberg, where he helped launch and grow Bloomberg Vault into a leading compliance and supervision platform for financial services firms. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Tufts University.

Rebekah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics in 2007. Rebekah worked as a tax preparer at McGladrey, LLP before joining First Advantage in 2010. She began as a Tax Consultant handling accounts with a focus in Federal income tax credits and moved into a managerial role in 2016. Rebekah now oversees First Advantage’s Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) business in addition to Form I-9.

Sonya is a People & Talent executive who builds workforce systems designed to endure, not just perform. Currently, the Director of Talent Management at Doctors Without Borders (MSF USA) leads workforce strategy, succession planning, and organizational design for a global humanitarian organization operating across more than 70 countries.

With over two decades of experience spanning startups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits, Sonya has built HR infrastructure from the ground up, led organizations through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations and restructuring, and designed talent frameworks now adopted across multiple continents. Her work sits at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, helping organizations transition from a reactive to a resilient approach.

Aaron is currently is the General Manager, Americas leading the Healthcare, Transportation, Industrials, Government, Non-Profit, and Education industries, as well as the LATAM region. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jeremy Day is the Key Accounts Sales Executive for the Financial and Business Services Practice at First Advantage. Since joining the organization in 2012, he has partnered with the largest leading companies in the sector, focusing on driving growth, optimizing strategies, and delivering outstanding results. With a degree in business finance and a background as a financial advisor, Jeremy has developed deep expertise in client relationship management and financial planning, and is eager to explore new opportunities and collaborate with industry professionals to achieve remarkable success.

Ms. Devata leads Seyfarth’s nationwide Background Screening Compliance and Litigation Defense team, which currently has approximately 40 members nationwide. She helps employers to be aware of the myriad of laws regarding what they can ask, when they can or cannot ask, what information they can rely upon, and how that information can be used when conducting a background check. This includes the hyper-technical federal law, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and many other state and local laws throughout the country. Both employers and background screening companies (consumer reporting agencies) look to Pam for guidance based on her deep knowledge and experience practicing in this area for over 20 years.

Casey serves as Vice President, Strategic Clients at First Advantage, where she partners with leading enterprise organizations to drive measurable customer outcomes. Leveraging deep industry knowledge and product expertise, Casey develops strategies and oversees programs that help clients hire smarter and onboard faster. She brings extensive experience across the full screening suite, including background checks, WOTC, I-9 compliance, ongoing monitoring, and the Executive Advantage Report process. Throughout her career, Casey has successfully designed and launched innovative products and led high-performing commercial teams, consistently delivering value and operational excellence to clients.

Bo Engelhardt has been with First Advantage since 2008 and currently serves as SVP, Customer Success, Americas, where he leads a team of Customer Success Directors dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience. Bo’s focus is on creating long-term value for clients by anticipating needs, driving adoption, and ensuring measurable outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle. Matt is a Practice Leader concentrating on partnerships with our Technology clients. Matt leads his Client Success team with the goal and intent to truly partner with our clients. He believes that a global strategy is critical to partnering with our industry leading and industry defining clients. Ryan drives both growth and innovation across First Advantage's healthcare vertical. Having initially joined Sterling in 2014, Ryan helped launch their healthcare division, create what is now First Advantage's clinical concierge offering for drug & health screening services, established our Acute Care, Healthcare Staffing, Post Acute and Life Sciences Centers of Excellence, and launched our credentialing and onboarding automation solutions. Ryan's passion is helping healthcare organizations leverage AI and modern technology to find the right balance of speed, cost, experience and risk mitigation.

Melissa is SVP of Customer Success for the Americas, leading the customer success teams supporting our clients across the Retail, Hospitality, Staffing, BPO, Gig, Financial Services, Business Services, Technology, Media & Entertainment industries. Doctor Abe Hammell is the Chief Medical Review Officer at First Advantage. He is a licensed physician who leads the First Advantage team of medical review officer doctors tasked with the responsibility of examining laboratory results produced as part of an employer’s drug testing program and assessing medical justifications for specific drug test outcomes.

Beth is a Customer Success Leader who provides data-driven insights to help customers tackle their most significant challenges. With extensive experience in developing tailored strategies, she excels at enhancing the customer experience. Her expertise in the field has been instrumental in building strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients.

Joy Henry is the EVP, Americas at First Advantage where she oversees P&L across Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail, Gig Economy, Staffing, Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Hospitality sectors. She leads strategic growth initiatives, aligning business objectives with operational execution while building high-performance teams and driving cultural transformation.

Barb Hester joined First Advantage in May 2022 and currently serves as Head of Global Product Solutions.  With 15+ years of experience in managing products and programs focused on HRIS and consumer data, and a background in multiple industries, Barb is passionate about delivering customer focused solutions.

Michael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care at First Advantage, Michael focuses on driving an exceptional Candidate experience. In addition, his role includes Care Support Operations in which he leverages best-in-class methodologies specific to Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, and Quality Assurance. Michael has a diverse background that includes roles at Intrado, Toast, Frontpoint, Comcast, Charter Communications, and Access America, where responsibilities ranged from driving operational performance and managing quality programs, to overseeing customer care outsourcing. Bret Jardine is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of First Advantage, with responsibility for all legal affairs from corporate governance to litigation management and regulatory compliance. In practice for over 30 years, Bret brought his experience as a litigator, including commercial actions and regulatory inquiries, as well as corporate transactional work and corporate governance to First Advantage beginning in 2004. With First Advantage’s core business of screening at the forefront, Bret has cultivated a significant emphasis and expertise in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and state laws related to background screening. He not only offers comprehensive guidance to the company regarding FCRA compliance in service delivery but also regularly provides insight to First Advantage clients on legal matters related to their use of background screening reports.

Irina Kovach joined First Advantage in March 2022 to lead Product and Strategy for North America. An influential Product Management Executive with over 20+ years of experience in running complex programs and product overhauls for various industries, Irina is passionate in solving customer problems by introducing next-generation HR Tech focused products and services that align with current and future US market needs.

Dom is a Product Management executive with over 30 years of experience developing hardware and software products in multiple industries. At First Advantage, Dom is the Vice President, Product Management for the Enterprise Advantage, SD Classic and Client Hub platforms. Dom has a passion for improving customer experience and optimizing customer workflows. Dom has prior experience with Xerox Corporation and CoreLogic/Cotality. Dom is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School.

Brian is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience optimizing client screening programs through data-driven analytics and results-focused engagements. He has pioneered new methods of analyzing key metrics such as turnaround time, adjudication, missing information, and industry benchmarking. In his prior role with First Advantage, he leveraged his self-taught Mandarin Chinese languages skills in managing the APAC region for several large global clients. In addition to his supply-chain focused BBA from the University of San Diego, Brian is passionate about city planning and completed the [IN]CITY certificate program at the UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design. An avid traveler, he has visited 40 countries, 49 US states, 30 Chinese provinces and more than 160 units of the National Park Service.

Chuck brings deep experience in HR consulting, leadership, motivation, organizational development, statistics and modeling to bear in his engagements with First Advantage Clients. Chuck holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ, and is a certified Organizational Development practitioner. In his time working with the Federal Government, Nielsen and now First Advantage, Chuck has helped clients in both the public and private sector optimize outcomes ranging from turnaround time and candidate experience to employee engagement and performance. As a Senior Advisory Business Process Consultant, Chuck is a key member of creating insights to drive customer efficiencies in the yearly First Advantage global trends reports.

Evangeline Lopez is a seasoned Staffing Practice Leader at First Advantage, bringing over a decade of experience leading global staffing initiatives and client success strategies. In her role, she is responsible for shaping scalable workforce solutions, driving strategic partnerships, and guiding high-performing, client-facing teams to deliver measurable business outcomes across a diverse, global client portfolio.

Tom is a Client Success Leader within First Advantage’s Financial & Business Services Practice Area. Tom focuses on supporting strategic clients to align with their background screening requirements. Prior to joining First Advantage, Tom worked at State Street Bank as a member of the Business Development team focusing on Asset Manager and Insurance clients. In addition, he was a consultant on State Street’s Global Relationship Management team working closely with strategic client accounts. Tom has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from Siena College.

Aleks joined First Advantage from Brown Brothers Harriman, the oldest and one of the largest private investment banks in the United States with 18 offices around the world and over US$ 55 billion in assets, where she spearheaded their agile and digital transformation efforts. At her time at Brown Brothers Harriman, she worked to modernize product management and development processes across the bank which resulted in shorter time to market and 20% decrease of development cost by achieving zero design rework post production. A certified agile trainer and coach, Aleks brings 20+ years of demonstrated success in driving development of new software products and the modernization of existing corporate platforms, all while keeping users and clients first. When she isn’t busy guiding meaningful changes through data, you’ll find her with her twin girls, Emily and Nataly, and her two pups, Bobby and Ziggy. She also loves to hike and mountain ski with her husband.

Ryan serves in compliance and legal roles at First Advantage, primarily supporting Compliance in Canada, the United States, and Latin America.  Reporting to the Chief Global Compliance Officer, Ryan’s scope of responsibilities include providing compliance, data privacy, and audit support to First Advantage product lines, including Background Screening, Drug Testing, and Fingerprinting. Ryan also speaks on state law and cannabis matters, specializing in legal trends.

Mike is a Sales leader at First Advantage with more than 15 years of experience helping customers streamline their Background Screening programs and develop and manage best-in-class programs for their internal users and their candidates. Mike currently leads our Transportation and Energy vertical, which is focused on creating a true end-to-end candidate onboarding process that includes both drivers and non-drivers across Background Screening, Drug Testing and Driver Qualification File management.

Kremena is a Strategic Sales Executive in the Staffing vertical, bringing over a decade of experience in the background screening industry. Over the past 6 years, she has specialized in supporting Staffing, BPO, and Gig clients—helping them navigate hiring challenges, optimize their screening strategies, and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and internal teams. Angela Preston, JD, CCEP, is Deputy General Counsel at First Advantage with an expertise in corporate ethics and compliance. She has experience building compliance frameworks for companies that includes establishing policies and procedures, codes of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, sanctions controls, best practice guidance, risk assessments, whistleblower hotline policies, training programs, and building a culture of compliance, She has represented companies in civil and regulatory investigations, and litigation. Her areas of expertise include compliance and ethics, privacy, ABAC, Sanctions, AML, FCPA, EEO law, FCRA, and consumer protection. Throughout her career she has been active in government affairs and policy initiatives. She is a frequent speaker and educator on the complex regulatory and compliance issues that impact businesses.

Victor Sachs is SVP, Customer Service and Digital Transformation at First Advantage. He offers a proven mix of business and technical skills with a strong customer experience focus. Vic drives transformation using Lean/Six Sigma/BPI principles for utmost efficiency. He is a seasoned Executive who has performed in the best IT-Driven companies by inventing Big Ideas, and executing them. For the last 2 decades, Brian has held several high-impact roles within the organization – currently leading strategic sales efforts for First Advantage’s Technology, Media, & Entertainment practice area. Brian’s deep expertise enables him to serve as a crucial business partner to organizations looking to improve their onboarding and screening programs. Brian believes in a consultative sales approach and has a passion for helping people and organizations improve their business processes.

Joelle has held leadership roles within First Advantage (FA) since 2017, advancing from Executive Vice President to Chief Experience Officer, to President, Data, Technology, and Experience in 2022, and most recently to President, First Advantage. Joelle maintains responsibility for the organization’s global product and technology P&L, which includes strategy, innovation, and development for all products and services offered by FA, and the global go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and marketing. Passionate about the positive impact inclusivity has on organizational culture, Joelle has also served as the executive sponsor of the Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) since 2021.

Before his tenure at First Advantage began in 2017, Scott was a co-founder of Mindtree, which launched in 1999. Mindtree is one of the largest global IT Services firms in the world with over $4B+ in Revenue and 86,000+ employees. Throughout his time at Mindtree, Scott served as the president of the Americas and led the global vertical markets division. He is acknowledged as a “growth entrepreneur” and received recognition as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology Services in 2015.

Scott actively contributes to industry publications, journals, webinars, and conferences. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Delaware and holds a master’s in business administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey.

Jon Stockton is a healthcare industry leader at First Advantage with over 10 years of experience supporting large enterprise healthcare organizations. He specializes in identity fraud prevention, compliance, and verification solutions within the background screening ecosystem. Jon works closely with healthcare systems and staffing organizations to modernize hiring, reduce risk, and protect patient safety through innovative, secure, and compliant workforce screening strategies.

With 17 years of experience in workforce solutions and compliance, I currently help to lead the Customer Success – Retail & Hospitality vertical at First Advantage. My career includes significant roles at ADP, Sterling, and Randstad, driving client success and talent acquisition strategies for major enterprise clients. I have a proven track record in managing large-scale hiring programs in the retail, hospitality, digital and healthcare spaces, including a 268% year-over-year increase for a major retailer. Recognized for my expertise, I've contributed to Women in Leadership councils and hosted global town halls, sharing practical strategies for scaling teams effectively.

Nuno Ricardo joined the FA Strategic Consulting Team in November 2020. He has led the team since November 2024. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 15 years of product and operations management. With a diverse background in consumer segmentation, geographic information systems, and data analysis, he has the ability to sift through vast datasets, to find meaningful insights to effectively address challenges in background screening.

As Chief Experience Officer, Raymond plays an instrumental role in driving First Advantage into a technology-first company. He has over 20 years of professional experience in leading large scale global ATS implementations, customer experience, building HR partner eco systems, and leading product strategy roles in the HR Tech SaaS space. With his product teams, he leads customers and partners to a more successful digital transformation that better serves their HR stakeholders and their candidates in innovative and celebrated ways.

Timothy Wiseman’s practice centers around numerous surface and air transportation matters, including regulatory compliance, DOT safety, intermodal operations, transportation contracts, business transactions, and insurance/workers’ compensation issues. Wiseman is often asked to speak before transportation industry groups, lecturing on such issues as DOT and OSHA compliance, hazardous materials transportation, and international trucking operations.

Craig is the Practice Leader for First Advantage’s Financial & Business Services division. He supports a team of enterprise Client Success Partners overseeing some of First Advantage’s most strategic relationships. Craig has held various client success and account management positions at organizations including Harri and Indeed, bringing nearly a decade of experience to account support. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Sports Journalism from Springfield College, and a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of New Haven.
